2. Information Collection Practices
i. Types of Information Collected
Personal Information Collected. In order for you to access the Site and learn about the Project, we may require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes the following categories of information: Contact Data (such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number). If you communicate with us electronically, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information.
ii. Effect of Browser’s “Do Not Track” Feature
Your browser may include a “Do Not Track” button. Enabling a browser’s “Do Not Track” feature notifies a website operator of the user’s browser preferences. We honor your browser’s “do not track” feature.
iii. Uses of Information Collected
We will use your Personal Information to send you information about Us, the Site, and the Project.
iv. Sharing of Personal Information.
We do not share your Personal Information with any third parties.
v. Solicited Email.
Because Watermark does not send unsolicited email, the email formatting requirements of the CAN-SPAM act do not apply.
3. Confidential and Security of Personal Information
i. User Ability to Access, Update, and Correct Personal Information
We maintain a procedure in order to help you confirm that your Personal Information remains correct and up-to-date. At any time, you may contact Watermark via email: [email protected] to update your Personal Information.
You may remove your information from Watermark’s database. If you remove your information from Watermark’s database it will no longer be used by Watermark to send correspondence to you. You may remove your information by sending your request in writing via email to [email protected].
The information stored on Watermark’s computers use industry standard security measures (such as a firewall and password protections) in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under Watermark’s control. Notwithstanding such measures, Watermark cannot guarantee that its security measures will prevent its computers from being illegally accessed, and the Personal Information on them stolen or altered.
